Conveniently located near I-78, Route 309, and Route 100, Cornerstone was intentionally designed for memory care with a comfortable, ranch-style layout. Our community features comfortable living and common areas, a dedicated dining room for meals, private and semi-private resident rooms, secure exits, and a fully enclosed outdoor courtyard.
