Our care

Care feels different when it feels like home.

At Cornerstone Living, days are shaped by familiar routines, genuine connection, and the quiet comfort of a small country community. Residents are supported with patience, dignity, and personal attention, while families have a team they can call, visit, and talk with.

Memory care

Specialized care with room for changing needs.

Cornerstone focuses on people living with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and memory loss. Support may range from verbal guidance and reassurance to more direct personal care when those needs can be safely supported in a personal care setting.

The community

Cornerstone is located near I-78, Route 309, and Route 100. The building is intentionally straightforward for memory care, with familiar common areas, a dining room for meals, resident rooms, secure exits, and a protected courtyard.
